A few pics that I should of posted last week. Also,, spent some time on the alignment with my new tool. On passenger side, 2.5 degree of camber, 5 caster wasn't too hard to get. Tire pokes too much still. I have Whiteline bolts so I'll try to put those back in and see what happens. Maybe it'll help tuck the tops of the wheels a bit.

Thought I'd share something. Ordered a Ebay ducktail spoiler as I never cared for the OEM one. After 7 weeks,, this is what I got. I thought it was for a different car but I do believe it's for the FRS. The good news is they're taking it back. This image and text is what I sent them,,, along with 5-6 additional shots.

This proves again, you get what you pay for.

You might think that seeing how bad the fit is. Here's the other side. I'm afraid it's correct. Well as correct as something like this might be.

I do think I could of trimmed this side so it'd flush up,, although it would of taken a lot of trimming. Nothing could be done with the front,,, it's just wrong

Good news is Rallybacker is having a 10% off sale for the 4th LOL.

Looks like garbage. I can't believe someone would feel ok selling such a product.

Figured I needed to post something,, if nothing else other than to let you know the struggle continues. LOL

Some shots of the reworked fender liners. The wheel at full lock and compressed is tight in the front against the liner towards the bumper. We'll see how it lasts. The rear shouldn't have any issues. Everything is caulked, undercoated and painted so hopefully no rust.

The flares overall fit well,, I do have one that bulges away from the fender a bit. I think I can cut it and re-glass it and it should lay down OK.

Again,,, like that Rallybacker duck tail I got. Got it used from a guy on here. Still a bit pricy even used but a well built piece.

Need to get paint ordered and get everything painted and final installed. Some reason I'm looking forward to this part.

Mucking around with alignment more. New lower control arms make it a challenge to get it even side to side up front. Toe is still out of wack as well and need to get steering rack reinstalled and the wheel centered better.

Looking forward to getting back to swap stuff ang get this thing done.

Shouldn't be bad,,, just unscrew the flare then take off as normal. Once this goes back together shouldn't be much need to take bumper off unless radiator or condenser has an issue. Well at least I hope so.

Not too much done the last few months. My back has been giving me fits. Took 7 weeks and did nothing and It's a little better but not great. All I can say is it's hell getting old.

I'm off work this week and next and decided to make a manifold cover as the manifold on this car is god awful ugly and I can just stand and do the work. Unfortunately the mold was trashed removing the part so it's one and done. Going to try and skin it CF today. Knowing how the wrapping on the hood went I'm keeping my finger crossed. If you don't see any additional pictures,,,, you'll know why. LOL

My guess was he was looking at all the rivets holding the fender liner together and assumed it was held to the bumper too.

I applaud the creativeness... but why all the work when you could have put an eforce supercharger on the stock motor and made the same power, and even more on e85 then this swap.
