Help with buying a BRZ in NJ/NY

My brother is ready to buy a BRZ MT in WR Blue Pearl but I myself is interested in getting a FR-S so I haven't done much research in the BRZ. Hope you guys can help. He wants to get one within a couple of month. What is his best bet? Check AutoTrader and keep calling the dealers? Anybody know if there are any unspoken for BRZ near the NJ/NY area? Thanks.

Yes check websites such as autotrader, that is where I found mine and called dealer to put a deposit.

Another good option is to search subaru for nearby dealers and go directly to their site, check new inventory and see if they have one. If you re willing to drive a little bit he should have no problem getting one, except it seems white 6mt is impossible to find.
