Have they figured out why it is / was only running on the port injectors? The last logs you sent me it was still running on port only.

Per the manual P050a is because:

"The engine speed does not achieve the target engine speed for 7
seconds with engine cooled down."

Areas to check are:
  • Throttle with motor body assembly
  • Mass air flow meter
  • PCV system Air cleaner
  • filter element Intake system
  • VVT system
  • Wire harness or connector
  • ECM

I know for a fact your AFR is way off at startup like 12:1 until the trims kick in, that could cause the idle to be off from the target. Your maf scaling could also be all jacket up. Your maf itself could be damaged or in need of cleaning

If your still dealing with the original tuner, i would stop and find someone else to work with. And for the sake of your motor, don't go wot until it looks like the fueling issues are sorted out at low load. 13:1 under full boost is NOT good. No idea why it's so rich low load and so lean high load, but if i had to guess i would think port injector scaling, maf scaling, or the fact that it's running on port only.

Also the way you have the Crawford AOS installed is not correct, notice that one of the check items listed is the PCV system.

With the growing list of issues you have, i would take it to a reputable shop and have sort everything out.

Also, quick Q - did you have to replace the coils as many people reported bad coils as well after this issue?

Hey, did you ever find a fix for this? I'm having the exact same issues as you and I still have't been able to find a fix.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
