Not everyone is that lucky - but I do try and get new customers tunes ASAP.

Updates for cars that already have a tune might take longer depending on how many requests are in the system

Same experience here. After reading the forum posts, I was dreading the turnaround time post-purchase. Submitted my request in the evening, had tune by morning---and it was a weekend!

Sorry to continue reposting this, but the few people complaining have been far more vocal lately then the multitude of satisfied customers it seems. The drama posts gave me a misconception on the product and almost sent me towards other options. Ecstatic I decided to go with Visconti, and want to keep letting people new to thread know the turnaround/support has been excellent.

@Visconti would it be safe to flash back to a older tune file that has e85 and pump gas on the same file just to be able to switch back to pump gas without flashing my car at the gas station. Then flash the new pump gas tune when I get the car back home. My laptop battery sucks and I don't trust flashing the car unless it is plugged in to an outlet. Or would there be enough e85 left in the fuel lines to drive the car 1-2 miles back home and then flash the pump gas tune.

Has anybody with automatic transmission received their updated tunes for either pump or e85. Impressions?

I have my stage 2 pump gas tune for automatic but I'm running through the rest of the e85 I have in the tank so I can flash it and get some feedback.

I'm presently on the auto pump tune, and it's fantastic. VASTLY superior to stock. You won't be disappointed. Just received the E85 bin...waiting for my (of course) full tank of 93 to go dry and I'll report back, but I'm expecting amazing.

Damn maybe I'll just wait for my e85 stage 2 instead of flashing the stage 2 pump gas tune. @Visconti do I need to submit another ticket for the e85 stage 2 for automatic? I asked for both on my original ticket which is still open.
