Last year there were 113 kids in the shelter i worked at!!!!!!!! We are asking everyone to try to donate toys/gifts for older elementary and middle school and kids/teens. We seem to get a majority of donations for young kids and very little to give to the older kids at our shelters. Some gifts that were a big hit with older kids were football/soccer/basketballs , Justin Beiber stuff, Kids nail polish kits, bracelet/necklace kits, and new clothes/jackets (it's winter season!) some pics from today's event, turnout wasn't as great as the previous years because of the heavy rain fall but we managed to still collect 7 tables of toys for the less fortunate kids! saw a couple FRS and BRZ's out today, so thank you for coming through and spending time with everybody

yeah sorry we got there kind of late, looks like most cars were leaving by the time we got there. But it was awesome to see so many toys gathered for the kids.

no worries! we do this every year, rain or shine, and we try to collect toys, blankets, clothes, learning materials, for kids of all ages
