Here is a picture of the intake.
Probably unnecessary but here is a picture of the switch that turns on the electric fan inside the piping. Edit:Sorry about weird formatting, tried to downsize the picture in paint. Also I'm going to talk to the salesperson at the dealership I went to and push a little harder again but still be nice about it. |

That's going to throw off the MAF compensation for sure. The electric fan isn't anything special. No telling what the fan vortices are doing to the MAF sensor just 12 inches away. I'd recommend pulling a stock intake from a junkyard car. Disconnect the battery, then install the stock intake. Reconnect the battery and drive. CEL should be gone and stay gone. Car will drive normally now, unless it has a tune.
