The whole thing can be done in about 6 hours if you are used to wrenching and familiar with how the bumper comes off. Just figure a day, start early in case you have issues. Make sure you use the correct torque on the manifold and tighten down in the correct criss cross sequence. Warning, some bolts are a pita and need little hands lol.

Question. What boost should I be seeing in my torque app on the standard pulley? My elevation will decrease this number by about 1 psi. Just want to know what i should be making.

I believe the base pulley produces 7-8 psi. But I could be wrong.

I was seeing 4.5-5 today which would put it at 6psi. Assuming the torque app actually reads the boost correctly... i dont think i have an issue. Anyone run the torque app and can confirm what they see on the torque vac/boost guage?

there's no need to remove the bumper though, if you can get the car high enough just the access panel off from underneath

Good point Matt. I swapped the radiator and installed a perrin CAI at the same time.

all things must come to an end I'm afraid and the Dev car has probably had its time

we're still selling kits and will continue to support our product for the forseeable but we'recurrently re-assessing our position within the aftermarket

Please continue to provide support, I just picked up the car on Sunday. I am planning to get it install when the deals come again. I will be extremely upset if the kit is discontinued. Please wait for me!

Start with the smaller boost pulley
https://www.fensport.co.uk/parts/toy...ulley-upgrade/

I don't think "Stage 3" would yield much good unless it included a larger crank pulley to overdrive the supercharger (coupled with the smaller SC pulley). Otherwise forged internals could be had from elsewhere.
