I'm with IntoTheOcean on this one; Lazy time after eating. Possibly even nap time.

Granted I used to eat an afternoon meal and then go to soccer / basketball practice. Never really got sick. Now I'm just lazy...lol

I haven't had a lot of caffenine recently. I usually drink water. And I haven't had a lot, if any alcohol recently either, so we'll go with the sleep!
