So, I have been talking with CounterSpace Garage about this and we have something figured out. Let me just say, if you are serious about purchasing a set of the SPOON Rigid Collars, you will not be disappointed with the deal. I cannot say anything on the public forum but if you want more details please PM me. I am helping CounterSpace Garage with this as they have lots of other stuff going on at the moment.
As for the rust/corrosion, the Rigid Collars come with copper grease. there`s plenty of it ( I think I used maybe half of the tube) so if you do live in the area where it snows, just be generous with the lube (that`s what she said) .

How do these compare to the Revolution sub-frame centering bolts?

I`m sure the rigid collars cost like $5 to make lol... but it`s the R&D and quality we pay for right?

So Spoon gave us some wrong information. The pricing was too good to be true and after sending in an order, they apologized for the mistake. Everyone participating in the GB will be contacted by @mokinbird87. Based on the new information, we believe the pricing is a little too high for what they are. If you guys are still interested in the product, then we are still capable of getting them direct from Spoon Japan, but PM us if you would like to order. Thanks again for your interest.

You can still use the link and coupon I posted to get both front and back sets for $360 after the 30% discount. This is before tax. I bought express shipping also for $50 more. These are one piece washers with a cone on one side. The taper has to be just right to fit inside the subframe holes, crush against the bolt, and still tighten down far enough to conform the washer to irregular mating surfaces. That cone has to be just right in order to work correctly. This is not something you can make at home, or buy in the local hardware store.

I would be more apt to buy these if they were more than 1 time use.

I've replaced my coilovers 10 times over. Replaced the sway bars twice. Replaced the steering rack mounts with Delryn inserts. Had my wheels off so many times I've about worn through my second set of lugnuts and studs. I have yet to touch a single one of my subframe bolts with anything other than a jackstand. Unless you have an accident, why would you need to use more than once? If it's to replace bushings, just do the bushings first.
