So if I got Ecutek, flashed in the new calibration from fa20club (or who ever) but then flashed my car back to stock for a dealer visit it would obviously be back to the old calibration correct?

It was when all the lights light up on the dash, I guess that's what they do with everyone that has that issue.. At least I seen it on here as a common fix.. Ecu replacement.. I'm not sure the tune/map that's on it.. Took 2 days to get the ecu and all.. I had the same CEL light before and after the ecu replacement

The dealer will know.

Unsure if Ecutek changes the handshake protocol on the FRS/BRZ like it does on other platforms, but I wouldn't be surprised.

This is a god damn nightmare.

By the way, I can't believe I forgot to mention this:
Once I go to the paddock and parked the car, I'd let t run for a minute or two then shut it off between sessions. If I started it again, shut it off, then started it again, the CEL shut off. Never once did I go back out on track with the CEL on. Again, it always came back on 4-5 laps into the session.
I ususally don't push it until lap 2-3.

I'm leaving work now and using my friends scanner to read the stored codes.

I've gotten this code before right as my Direct Injectors started leaking back over the past summer.. I keep my rpm's high 4k+ normally. Never tracked my car though.

It's the DI's. There aren't aftermarket injectors for that.

On phone I am. Therefore, if mistakes I make, Frank Oz blame you should.

I had Subaru PH change my seals and after 3 days the popping sound came back so I ran out of options but to find a new engine. Its taking a toll on my mind, might get carzy.
The stuff I did:
Change coil pack FAIL
Change spark Plug FAIL
Change Sensors FAIL
Change Fuel FAIL
Change All injector Seals/ Insulators/ stc WORKED for 3DAYS then FAIL
Change Port injectors FAIL
Flashed to latest corrected tune from Subaru/Toyota FAIL
Tune using 100% PI FAIL
Tune using 100% DI FAIL

Did compression test and it passed

Planning to change to stock crank Pulley
Planning to Change engine if nothing happens with the next plan of changing the pulley

Until now I get no CEL/codes but just full of popping sound that is dangerous to the heart when driving.

@Margovincent_22x: What makes you think that a new engine won't have the same defects? [Serious question. No sarcasm intended.]
