Ok so its been a week and im finally DONE! Extremely Happy with the way they turned out.

So im using a 194 Led in the housing for the demon eyes and i tapped into the "boomerang" wiring. So whenever the boomerangs are on the demon eyes are lit.

i sodared all my connections.

and epoxied the base to the housing.

i am very lucky to live close to LightWerkz and was able to go into there shop to test the output of my projectors and make sure everything was lined up straight thank you ceaser for your help!

sealed everything up

and here is the final product

If you look at the sign on the side of the road you see the purple i love it!

I would like to thank everyone who gave me advise and helped me with this project and i hope you all like what i did!

This looks awesome!

Out of curiosity, while you had it all apart did you see anyway to upgrade or make the boomerangs brighter than they currently are?

I am not brave enough to do the modifications you did and I like how they look OEM anyway but I would like to make the boomerangs brighter.

I do not believe there is any way to make it brighter. There is chrome behind it and the whole thing is molded to plastic i mean unless you were to shove a led strip behind it possibly? But it is very bright compared to my red led

Nice work! Did you end up using more silicone when re-sealing or did you just heat, stick together, then heat some more?

So either my led is wiggling it self lose or i suck at soldering because my passenger red led works one minute then wont the next. Im wondering if the heat in the headlight has to do with at all.

Just wondering on the reseal step. Once you are all done, did you put new sealant in, then bake it? Or did you simply bake it, and just hope that the old sealant would reform a watertight seal?

just threw it in the oven and used a few clamps to hold it together.
