That's the problem with California, those crappy old cars last forever - and remain road hazards. In New England, the salt and snow has a way of "retiring" older vehicles - especially VW's.

Haha, funny you say that... I was thinking when the heck was the last time I saw one of those old Mitsu / Dodge Colts in the background??? Must have been the late 80's.

Power of the internet (google)

This accident occurred in front of:

Mobil
10570 Riverside Drive
North Hollywood, CA 91602

(818) 761-5836

They were going westbound on Riverside Dr.

PS. It's bloody creepy what you can find with a few pieces of information from a picture.

They sure don't build cars like they used to that fo sho. Look at the tractor, not a sign it's been in an accident. Look at the FRS...looks like a truck rear ended it. LOL.

Seconds after this picture was taken:

Officer: "Put down the cone, and put your hands up where I can see them!"

Lady: Wolfs down the cone in the attempt to hide the evidence.

Officer: Tackles Lady

Lady: Struggles

Officer: Tazers Lady through the pretty dress

Salesman: Spins his head whipping his pretty shiny hair in the air and witnesses everything

Not to be picky (OK, I am being, but I'm a huge HB cartoon nerd), the driver is Tinker, not Shaggy. Shaggy was a whole different character!

Here's a shot where they are in the same place at the same time.

haha my version:

the woman is just trying to walk across the street. Driver of the buggy is in the back seat of the police car.

Officer: "Ma'am, you can't cross here. In fact, back away please. What we have here is a collision between an old 70's vehicle and some kind of advanced prototype from the future. I'm not sure but an explosion might be imminent."

and wtf is that on the ground by the FR-S? Is it a whiteboard?!

I fully support nerds, so I glady welcome your correction.
