How high were you revving? Maybe it's the turbo or extra power but that sounds a lot louder and better than a regular Invidia n1

@Readytoxplod - I believe the launch was at 5,000rpm. The exhaust was only part of that crazy noise, the waste gate is open ended so it gives this "alien" like screech.
@djdnz - We're going to finalize on the tune to push 500rwhp (hopefully) and a bigger turbo, internal upgrades, wide body, wider wheels... probably push like 600-650rwhp by end of summer.

Excellent build. Mine is completely stock, have had it since 31 May and just turned 5,740 miles on the odo...daily driver!

EDIT: After I quoted this I read a few more posts and saw the previous FR-s you 'owned'. I'm that guy who didn;t read all the way through. Now you have a MT in your DD. 6 - 650 RWHP by end of summer! Your now contesting with the '13 Viper in power terms...time to crush V10 with H4.

The car will be running e85 during the drive down and up. I will also have a few gallons stowed away with e85 in case I run too low
