The best prime rib I ever had was at the "Lawry's The Prime Rib" in Chicago. The restaurant is located in the old 1890’s McCormick Mansion. I ate there one night a week (most weeks) for a year, while I was working for the Illinois Institute of Technology Research Institute.

Yep, grass fed in the parched hills of Merced County, then fed a handful of corn
in the stockyards of Fresno, then butchered and called "corn fed beef".
