Remotes and the like often do not work in these areas due to the interference from the transmission lines. Also keeps the costs lower without needing the whole system. May not be much in the grand scheme of things, but it's still something.
Today my remote went dead for the camry, i found out that there is a mechanical key inside of the remote (nice huh?) so i used it to get inside of the car. The car has 1 small key hole on the driver side and its not big either so thats good.

Also in order for me to start the car. . . Hold on description first: The remote has a Toyota logo on the back of it.( thats all you need to know xD)

So i read the manual and it told me to put the logo(the whole remote, just the back of it where the logo is) on the power button ( Make them touch) and within 5 seconds press the power button to get it up and running. ( while depressing the brake)

Thats crazy shit there o.o

Im not sure why my remote went dead, I do keep it near my computer at all times and I haven't used it for months. ( not my car, it belongs to my dad and he has his own pair)

Im not sure if this works for every car because in the manual it was talking about Hybrid engine. although, I CAN see this tech in every car with the power button.

So if this car does come with the power button, you guys should not worry because the remote key should have/come with a mechanical key.

I love that (when its working, which it will be all the time) you can just walk up to a car and not even have to take out your keys. Also you do not have to take them out when you start the car. You can leave it in your pocket the whole entire time.

Bad thing about this is that if you leave your remote/key in the car, you can get robbed easily XDD

Big problem I have with keyless entry/starting with that is... very shortly (if not already) there will probably be an app for android phones/iPhones that can mimic the remote and send the start command to the car. I believe there is already an app for this very purpose for the iPhone for Audi.....

They have third party apps for that for most cars already. From what i saw on youtube it has a big delay.

Two summers ago i went camping with my sister's friends family and they have auto start remote controls which are much better than the iphone apps. He told me you can get it installed from a car shop but will cost around 400.

I believe that the iphone app for cars like audi from the DEALERSHIP will be much better. I saw one commercial advertising that, I cant remember what car company was being advertised so sorry.

car

Its great that this car is small and light, for example compared to the really big Hyundai Genesis Coupe. So 200 horse power is enough for me. I hope it will stay a 4seater, because it has to be a daily driver, so if neccessary you can pick up some friends...

For some reason, I hate the way this concept looks, and red is my favorite color.

Something just doesn't look too good about it... Maybe it is the color or shade of red.
