Invidia front pipe rub?

I just installed my perrin catback overpipe and invidia catless resonated front pipe however there is a obvious rubbing noise when driving and its right under where I sit. I noticed when I installed the front pipe there was like 1 mm clearance between the resonator and oil sump and i assume this is where the problem is. I did not install the bolt on the hanger and pipe may that be the problem?? Also is it bad to drive with the exhaust like this until I get it fixed? In addition my exhaust tips are at way different depths. I tried using thoose collars and loosening up on the v clamp but as soon as I get it where I want it goes back to the original spot.

How close is the resonator to the oil sump? Is it bad to drive like this until I can resolve the issue

Why would you not reinstall the bolt for the hanger? What type of noise is it making?

Put that bolt in, and you won't have to worry about it moving and hitting anything.

I had the same issue as well installing the Invidia catless front pipe, had to jam the piece of metal into place and finally got it in fitting properly.

Yeap, right there but, then i had problems where the midpipe connected to the front pipe, i was getting leaks; so i had to do it over and over till everything properly bolted up. From what i remember correctly, i took the stock rubber piece from the OEM front pipe and used that to install to connect to my aftermarket catback exhaust. After that piece, it was a lot easier to jam the piece where the hanger and the hook align and it was a lot easier to jam it into place with zero exhaust leaks so far!
