Anyone know the BRZ/FRS thast blew at Willow last weekend? - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I was doing a school at the smaller Willow Springs Raceway track but watching the event at the open lapping event at the big track. There was a BRZ (possibly FRS) that was doing an amazing job of keeping up with the big boys from Italy and Germany in the fast back section of the track. Surely it was turboed or supercharged beyond the typical, as it just walked away from the lesser cars. Unfortunately later in the afternoon it let out that thick white fog of doom through turns 8 and 9 and unfortunately the engine compartment appeared to be in flames by the time it got back to the pits, but I couldn't tell much as it was the other end of the track from where I was. Anyone know of the car? It was surely pressurized way beyond the 300 or so hp of most of the market kits. Would love to know what was done to it.
