Based purely on geographic convenience for the majority of people on the Owner's World Map thread someplace around Cincinnati or Indianapolis would probably be a good choice.

I'd appreciate that. I see all this cool shit going on on the coasts, and the middle just kind of gets left out.

Toronto and area

Toronto Canada
June 12-14 Same weekend as Molson Indy. Shannonvile Motor speedway is an hour away. You'll probably have 150+ FRS in attendance. Also to my American friends, your dollar is now worth 1.25 Canadian. you'll live like Kings and queens.

Second choice would be Loudan New Hampshire at the speedway. Close to Boston, New York, Montreal and Ottawa. With fantastic roads around it for a cruise.

Won't likely get a hotel room anyplace near Toronto on that weekend though.

We should organize four independent events and live-stream them to one another throughout our countries. East Coast, Midwest, West-Coast, and then Americas' Hat also having it's own meets.

Not everybody is shown by any stretch but the map on the attached thread does show a pretty good representation of the geographical groupings.

I wish I lived closer to the areas that you guys will probably have this. The only close major city is Seattle. If it was there it would probably alienate a lot of people. Maybe in a year or two ill try and make it down to vegas lol

Unfortunately the map shows scatter but not density in a major metro area.

Exactly. Which was why I thought some locations that are relatively central to the scatter pattern may have the highest impact.
Also tried to figure what was more central to the mid to northern locations because in reality the more southern locals such as Texas, California and Florida can pretty much have meets whenever they want. Those of us that are restricted to a few good months a year should get a crack at a big one.

Hi there,

We're definitely for something nearby, so that we can give you guys our full support. We enjoyed 86expo last year and we have a large community base here that will attend this event. From MR.C's suggestion the event at NCCAR would be fun for everyone with our Platform, a half track, half Autocross event will give people the experience of both and keep down the cost. Not Many people will pay $100+ dollars for a day at willow springs, but $40 to 50$ to run on a track with some Autox added to the mix, it's something that we'll all enjoy. The location is also near beaches, and many other scenic routes for cruises, many places to stay that wont break into your bank if you're traveling in from another area.

Here is our suggestion:

1. July thru Sept
2. North Carolina
3. NCCAR Track Circuit Cross! AutoX or Track Event.

Thank you,

-PTUNING

P.S. We'll be sure to send a representative, if another location is chosen and is too far away from us.

All the reply have been pretty good. Thank you

Canada would be fun... but don't want to do it around same time as other event (due to price & reservation go high). BUT I do like the idea of Canada.

NCCAR in NC do sound great... it's one of my list for sure.
