Ouch. That's horrible.

Just ordered a Viofo A119 dash cam for the Yaris (Thinkware F50 is staying in the FR-S). Was contemplating on getting the A119S, but looking at videos, it actually has worse video quality even though it has a Sony sensor.

I have the same one (the A119). Love it so far, except you have to use the right microsd card. The first one I used recorded a corrupted file every few videos. Probably the same way with most dashcams though.

Also I think they just came out with the CPL filter for the A119, might want to check that out.

Using the A119 as well. Paired it with a Samsung 64gb card. No problems so far. Good quality for the price.

I've been using a SanDisk Extreme Plus v30 in the Thinkware F50 in the FR-S. When the A119 comes in, I'll put that card in it and format it. I'll just put the included Thinkware card back into the F50.

I was surprised that Adorama (where I ordered the A119) didn't have the CPL listed in the accessories. That would really come in handy since the Yaris' dash is all hard plastic.

Anyone in the Fremont area know a good shop that can give a pre purchase inspection? Looking at a FRS in the area and wanted to know. I saw that Fremont Auto Works has good reviews, but would like some FT86 recommendations. Thanks!

Auto RnD did one for me a while back for a WRX I planned or purchasing, they did ok and knew some Subaru quirks to look for.

Mann Engineering in Santa Clara. Subaru specialists and have a shop BRZ themselves. Gary and their staff are pretty knowledgeable.

Funny I've always had way better customer service with ATT, and despise Comcast with a passion, I'll never ever give them my info again.

Signed up with Comcast because ATT was fucking around, ATT came through and I went to cancel Comcast under their 30 day no charge policy (Comcast in my neighborhood has bad latency supposedly, ATT DSL is running 45Mb down, 5 up so it's adequate). I had to call 6 times to cancel.

Then they STILL sent me to collections and tried to ding my credit.

Fuck you assholes. Three more calls later to get that shit sorted. Every single call from number 1 "oh yes everything is in order sir have a nice day" and they fucking tried to wreck my credit. ATT may be shit, but I've almost never had to call twice to fix the same problem.

Thank god for FCC laws on phone lines, so easy to switch companies once you're off contract.

I got my Viofo branded one from Adorama. 89 bucks shipped with the GPS logger. SpyTec is just a rebranded Viofo.
