Very light and only if the car had been driven before sitting in the cold. I haven't notice any at the start of the day

I would check the CEL thread and also deal with someone higher up as I am finding most service guys know squat about this car

S-TT-0042-12

They shouldnt be giving you any trouble, the TSB has been out for about 5 months now and they should be well aware of the issue.

Call SCION Corporate. They will be very interested in hearing your troubles with dealers.

I'm starting to think a little condensation at the top of the light is normal if the temperature outside is cold. The heat from the LEDs in the taillights could be what is causing this. I just washed my car and didn't find any condensation/leaks in them.

thats strange...maybe you could get them to give them to you and you put them in but then again that would defeat the purpose of warrantee replacement

I wonder if your dealer is following the service bulletin to the letter when they install the taillight assemblies; i.e. are they torquing the bolts to spec or cranking them down and cracking the bosses.

Mine just started after replacing the turn signals with LEDs

I dried it with a hair drier and replaced it hoping it would go away. Only the rear right is affected Maybe I can dry it again and when installing the LED back into its socket put a rubber gasket to prevent moisture from seeping in?

My frs finally arrived at the dealership, plates will be ready by friday so i can take it home then.

I checked it out yesterday... and noticed condensation in the lights immediately. Guess i need to go ahead and get new lights eh?

Considering people have been saying their replacement lights often have the same problem im wondering if i should just get some aftermarket lights.

Had rain the other night, no condensation, even after driving with the lights on. Drove to work this morning with frost on the outside of the lenses, but nothing on the inside. This really makes me wonder if it is indeed normal to have a little condensation. Now if I was able to keep a fish alive inside the lens due to the amount of water, that would be a different story.
