i think everyone knows what 95% of the car looks like.

But we still want to know what 100% of the car looks like straight from Toyota's mouth.

Sounds like a plan. Hopefully they will post the actual release date.

That was for the EU model. The US spec car has been spotted with openings in both the wheel arch and side vents.

I sincerely doubt they are going to make the US have one extra functional vent compared to the EU version...think we didn't have clear pics before to confirm the vents under the headlights were in fact open the whole time. But the remaining vents, the ones on the hood, door and rear bumper, are all indeed non-functional.

from LA, not much to report. but we get a look at the Supra badge.

at the 24:40 mark, Jack Hollis said it will be “more affordable than people think”.

LOL I do have to wonder what Jack Hollis considers "affordable" though.

Which existence at all still remains speculation.

I met him at the "First 86" event (he was the head of Scion at the time and apparently came up with the whole First 86 concept). I talked to him several times over the 3 days, including sitting at his table at a couple of meals. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy, even if he did play for the Cincinnati Reds, but then he is in Marketing so there's always that "taint" on it.

He was pretty honest about the marketing strategy and the compromises they had to make to meet both the price point and the performance targets.

I'm guessing what he means is similar to how the Corvette is "affordable" when compared to its direct competition.
