Slight peeling on inner spoke?

So I just noticed that my SBC RPF1’s are ‘peeling on one of the rims, near the inner spoke, will this need to be addressed and if so is it going to be an expensive one?

Can't tell you with out pics. But it's an easy $80-100 fix. Just take it a wheel repair shop or body shop.

Like I said with out pics don't know, but I assume it's just the clear coat flaking off.

Thanks.

I can't tell from the picture how extensive the pealing is.

Do those wheels have any sort of warranty/guarantee ..??

I reckon the "fix" depends on how particular you are. Like @Mr.ac mentioned, a wheel repair or auto body shop could do a first class job.

My buddy Bubba, says to just clean it up, apply some clear coat and call it good …… it's just a wheel.

Your call …..

Over time I feel like it'll get worse, but it's not as bad, as I zoomed into the spoke that it's currently peeling.

Well, if just in one place and it's small, I would clean any wax and grease off with alcohol, pop off any places that the clearcoat has pealed up, sand the area lightly and then apply a couple coats of clear coat.

That's what I would have done back-in-the-day. Today, I'd just say fuck it and pay it no never mind ……
