Took the time to make it as equal as possible, why not go divided?

Hey All,

the car is pretty much sorted mechanically, all lines are done all that's left mechanically is the throttle and clutch master.

Can-Bus stuff is being sorted out, I wouldn't know what on earth is going on here but my wiring guy swears by it, MRS module to Body harness to Hal-tech.

Future manifolds will be divided, this header was used for the jig, I originally did not plan on doing it hence my collector choice. After talking to Elmer they will make us a divided collector next time upon request.

The engine looks rotated about 5-10 degrees, is that the case and if so why?

the motor is tilted 13 degrees, that is simply the way it was designed to be. if you where to make it upright the shifter would be angled incorrectly.

I never noticed this before O_O Wonder what the reasoning behind that is, package fit?

I think it has to do with packaging, aesthetics, aerodynamics and lowering the center of gravity. Packaging would be to add a manifold or turbo into an area when the engine bay is narrow. Aesthetics or aerodynamics would be to lower the hood height. Similarly, lowering the motor lowers the center of gravity.

Update,

Wiring and can bus has seemingly been sorted through by Dunnfab in NJ

The car has a bunch of little things that needs to be done which entails the following,

----Alternator wiring - Easy

----Clutch master - I attempted to work with vorshlag on this however they are not willing to sell their adapter even as a kit without the Hydro ToB and everything else. With that being that case I plan on bringing a plate that fits perfectly and adapts a Wilwood master to market in the upcoming months. Not everyone has a v8 swap after-all. For now I will follow the route of @DustinS with a rywire plate.

----Oil pan Clearance - The oil pan needs to be removed and clearance'd to fit with the motor mounts, this is only a problem because i had extended to oil pan.

----- Intake pipe - simply stated their needs to be a hard pipe coming off the throttle body as opposed to a 90 deg Coupler that will explode when it see's 40LB of boost.

---- Fuel system - As opposed to waiting to make 500-600 WHP on the dyno then stopping everything to put in a fuel system I have decided to just do it early on. I have acquired a radium dual in-tank with 2x Walboro 450's for this purpose.

I will be bringing the car to get work done at my new place of work Prime motoring. To anyone following both this build thread and Prime motoring's rb26 thread you will be happy to hear that the rb26 thread will also be revived soon.

I will add pictures as i get them for now.

I have my old Vorshlag plate if you want it pm me. It's brand new I made my own to move my master cylinder. Over 3 inches closer to the brake master cylinder so I won't be using it.
