Yep. Tested with a test light. Even put new fuses in just for shits and giggles and that didn't do anything. But I'm thinking the wheel may have been turned with the rack off the car. I'm taking it to Toyota to have a look one if these days. Not in a real hurry other than the horn. I'm paranoid that someone will drift and I'll need the horn and hit it and nothing happens. Loll.

Off topic, no the aids were on, just wet roads. And well perhaps too high of speed for a wet road.

One issue has been resolved. Not sure how or why but the TPMS light is now off. I know for a fact that when I checked the pressures in the tires that they were all set to 37(because tires were hot) which is approx 35 cold. Anyways, I noticed yesterday that my left rear was low and sure enough there was a nail. So I brought the car in and stuck a 235/45/17 on the stock rim so that way my rear tires match. And soon as I started the car, the light went out. Does the spare have a TPMS? Cause I've had the spare out of the car for a while and just put it back in yesterday or the day before..

I bet the clockspring in the steering column got damaged either during the impact or when you replaced the rack.
