Your WRB color looks different in the pictures. A member had an issue with his bumper not matching his car's color. This color looks more of a bluish green which he had in his bumper.

The pads I have are the ones I've been running for a little while on my BRZ.. can't use them with my new setup.. but they are good pads with tons of meat on them. They will match really well with the rotors for a nice little performance upgrade if anyone wants them.

I can install for anyone interested... just throwing that out there.
I am assuming this will fit stock calipers? Does the BRZ rotors have screws that hold them in or does the caliper bracket holds them? I havent had time lift my car and remove a wheel lol until tomorrow or sunday when I paint my calipers.

I am tempted to bite but I dont do tracks/x-cross so i dont see the benefit to me other than cosmetic.

yes, the rotors and pads are for stock BRZ brakes.
The BRZ rotors have holes for screws, but don't use them. The caliper bracket keeps them in place and the lugs and wheels lock them down.

(thank goodness because those stupid rotor screws always rust and then you have to drill them out.. stupid honda!).

You will find that these pads have much better initial bite than the stock pads.. the stock pads are the worst i've ever experienced. So it will make for an improvement in daily driving feel.. and the cosmetics are very nice as well.

heck... if you want to just test them.. come over this weekend.. we can swap the pads in a couple of minutes and you can go for a test drive and see what you think.

Impact screwdriver should be your friend with the nasty screws.

It's alright, I dont need to try them.

I want them but not right now as I am tight with budget when all 6 of my nieces/nephews magically intertwined their birthdays in the month of July.

If no one grabs them later, I'll take them.

Stock pads can still work with the rotor too right?

i have question regarding the rear brakes. Idk if you had chance on changing pads there too but is it the ratched typed caliper pistons like you have to twist to compress or is it similar to the front where you can use a c-clamp to compress?

I used a C-clamp on all of mine and it worked out just fine. I also changed over to braided steel lines which totally changes the pedal feel.

When I did mine they were so new that I didn't have to compress anything.. new pads had about the same thickness as the stock ones.

However.. I think Accurate Race Shop is exactly right.. c-clamp should work fine. just remember to pop the top off the brake fluid reservoir before pushing the fluid back.

or you can open the bleeder at the caliper and do it correctly.. lol

Ah thanks guys. I figured it'd be compress too since the e-brake is actually a drum.

I plan to do all of my future maintenance myself just because its the first car I only cared about haha.

Has anyone change the front wheel bearings in the frs?
I'm curious how easy it is.

I haven't yet but it's probably getting to be that time. If they are like other Subarus i've owned they have to be pressed in to a precise measurement and it's a pain in the ass. Granted I have only changed them on cars with over 100k miles that have never been changed before.

I've only done it once on a chevy, and it was so long ago I don't remember anything about it. Luckily my brother said he knows what he's doing, and that I could just use his garage over the weekend if I needed.

Only thing is, I only have 22,600 miles on this car (2013). Should this be covered under the warranty?
