Yes, as it can't trust the output of the O2 sensor.

UPDATE -

Replaced the AFR, drove around for about 75 miles and the CEL remained off.

Still throwing an ABS/Trac light and loosing power.

That shouldn't be happening. Any codes despite the lack of CEL?

None....

I thought it MAY have something to do with 2 different sized wheels on it, so I threw the stocks on.

Still doing it.

Has anyone thought about taking the bypass valve out I know gas mileage would suffer but would this add more power down low? And get rid of the hesitation the sprintex unit has? Just curious don't even know if it would work properly and prob need a retune if it did

Without a built motor I'm not sure if you want more power/torque down low.

I suppose I must be immune to the hesitation. As least on E85, I think the car is perfectly smooth at all RPM, and when clutching in/out.

Same here on 92.
If you want more power down low, use more throttle.
If you use enough, your rods will bend.

It would put extra strain on the compressors. It's there for a reason.

In my opinion any forced induction system won't be 100% as responsive as a non-forced induction unit all the time. Even non-forced there's a very slight hesitation and that's only as good as your tune.

If you want instant, responsive, gut pulling torque, you sir are looking at an electric car. Nearly all of them will beat all but the most expensive cars off the line. I had an i3 for a while which smoked anything 0-30mph. I sold it because I got smart and decided 2 car payments wasn't financially sound. I think I may wait until the Tesla Model Y if it's a 2 door sports car or maybe the new Supra as I really want an electric sports car. I may just get another i3 as they and all but Tesla's used cars are stupid cheap for what you get. I test drove a couple Tesla's one being the Ludicrous mode equipped and it was like riding a bullet fired from a gun.

Well, this is embarrassing.

Was finally able to pull a code from the car (not sure why, but it wasn't showing on start up, I had to grab it after running the car).

The code was for a SAS - Steering angle sensor.

Backstory - The car was hit by a fire truck on the drivers side front corner and then went straight into "build" mode, so there was no driving time since it was repaired.

The steering wheel was about 15* off since it came out of the body shop, but it was driving straight enough for me to get some seat time to run through a mechanical testing phase... and I didnt see a point in getting an alignment since I was going to have the car corner balanced on May 11th.

Well, I went and got an alignment and all is good.

UNRELATED -

Has anyone had issues with a JB performance catch can mod on their supercharger? The bottom of my hood has some residual oil shit on it above the catch can. It was installed by JB when the supercharger was undergoing a rebuild.
