245/40/17 is about the most common performance tire available. You should be able to find tires in that size...

Where are you looking for tires at? 245/40R17 is a very common size. Places like Discount Tires and Tire Rack should have tons on their catalog.

Ventus S1 Noble is a decent all season tire. I DD Ventus V12 Evo2 summer tire

I live in Saudi Arabia and for some reason 245/40R17 is the most rare wheel size lol.

So from the 2 I mentioned Continental SportContact 5 or Hankook ventus S1 Evo 2, which one would be better for DD?

Glitchy86: slight offtopic, but if you expect people to easier notice where you live/drive without explicitly telling them, suggest to change in your profile public location that is displayed in header of every your post, where currently your location is set to misleading "US" .

I wonder how was it with stock suspension? not any rubbing or problems at all?

I can see it look a bit weird because of the gap, but I maybe have to keep in stock suspension for some time If there is no additional issues

Go for it! I ran a few autocross events and drove her a ton on stock suspension. Yes, definitely a bit 4x4, but no physical issues that I experienced.

How she looks now. Ended up with KW Clubsports — love them!

Do you happen to have more pics (side profile)? The fitment looks great. Also, how much lower are you compared to stock suspension? Any camber?

In that shot it was out of the box ride height from KW — with slight adjustments during corner balancing. There’s 2* rear and 3/3.1* front — fronts were maxed on the KWs. Ended up raising a bit since I’m under the car a lot and getting jacks and such under was a pain. And it was scraping on our shit Midwest roads. Not a daily, but didn’t want the hassle. Loved the look while it lasted.

And a side shot when it was stock suspension.

Guess I need to start taking more pics...hopefully that helps a bit.

Appreciate the pics! I also love the lowered look but am afraid of scraping near my roads and driveway as well.

Hey! I ordered a set of 17x9 in bronze, could you tell me if these lock nuts should fit well with the geometry?

https://www.tj-partshop.com/products...z-kurz-locked-

I could get mcgard nuts, but they are 150€ vs 35€, not sure if it worth it...

Also the Rays original, but they seem like similar to the 35€ ones, but double price
