Not just rust buckets. I saw an M4 on the way home from work today that kept engine braking next to me so I could hear his machine gun go off. It’s so stupid sounding. I assume they are trying to emulate race car sounds but no one tunes race cars to overrun like that. You’ll get a big pop and some crackles but the cars I’m hearing these days don’t sound like race cars at all. The guy in the M4 was doing these super slow rev matches like he had a 300lbs flywheel. It just all around sounded dumb as shit. Everyone drives around on and off the gas now like it’s the new BOV.

Jag

What I have to live with

Even that jag is overkill if you ask me.

Agreed but I could at least ignore it if it kept driving by the house.

i don't agree we need more laws.

i think we simply need to take off more warning labels, and the problem will self-solve.

Because it's typically not the upper class that do stupid car mods.

Typically it's the middle to lower class modifying there cheaper cars and bikes, plus there are a much higher % of obnoxiously loud cheap modified cars compared to high end.

Comparing a $25k twin with a cat delete and a pop and bang tune to a $250k Jag F type is flawed logic anyway.

This is more of a fight against modifying cars to be loud for the sake of it.

The 4 cylinder car world is the worst for having loud exhausts for no reason.

You can have a high engine output and still be relatively quite through good engineering.

Marketing makes people think they need a loud exhaust.

Or stupid people think that the louder the exhaust the quicker or more sporty the car is.

Or the intelligence challenged water pump powered riding Harley owners with their straight pipes, now they are even more wanky, but if wearing leather vests and keeping the company of other leather clad men is your thing who am I to judge...

There's always the ****s in the world that do it for attention because their feeble minds only work on the basic levels of self gratification.

I feel embarrassed for the twin owners that are rocking down the road at 110db, with their catless 3" straight piped car, that makes 200hp, if their lucky.

Did they ingest too much lead paint as a child licking walls?

Defective genetics from inbreeding?

Will we ever know for sure the cause of their mental disorder?

Haha
Nah he looks like a bogan and a fight would probably ensue. car has obviously had some mods and its probably faster than mine cause its stock and im not wrecking my warranty. As soon as i mention i own a brz he would say do this do that ect.
Its an attention seeking thing really, to each there own.
