I have a feeling the op has/had an upstream exhaust leak.

Or not, say that Dyno reads a stock 86 at 160-ish hp, that's pretty in the ballpark for a stock car, +12 hp is on par for what I'd expect from a canned tune and short tube header. Maybe it reads lower and he's actually getting near 20? We don't know. I've also got a Tomei header (EL) and OFT, put my car on a Dyno and I'd be happy with 10hp over stock and really impressed if it was close to 15hp, but my whole power setup was less than $1k.

That's just the reality of tuning a modern NA engine for pump gas that the OEM already squeezed 95% of the performance out of from the factory.

You may be right but the curve itself looks too close to stock (dip area) imo

I thought we already figured his issue out. IAM was at .7 and it was very hot and humid resulting in much lower numbers. Mystery solved.

Mine is... a bit more extreme. I get a full ECU crash/shutdown at between 7100 and 7300 rpm at WOT. If you're not going straight... yeah.

Because it's a full shutdown, the log cuts off too.

Eeeek that scary , would not get it on dyno as going straight, then on road or track shuts off, nasty

It happens both on the dyno and on the street, and in any gear, as long as I hit the RPM, I get a full shutdown. Whole car powers down, like I turned my key off, and then powers back up within about a second on its own.

RR11 was just released; I suspect the bug may be gone now. I'll find out within a few weeks when I can purchase some dyno time.

Full decel and no power steering mid corner sounds like a serious code brown.

That doesn't explain why the torque dip is still there... I'll bet that, plus wrong OTA tune for the header.

His graph looks almost identical to this tomei uel after tune graph, notice the appearance of a torque dip if you didn't have the baseline to compare.

Also OPs graph is so squished it makes his “torque dip” look over exaggerated compared to if it was stretched across the entire graph like most dyno graphs.

His graph looks as would be expected for a cheaper header with canned tune with catted FP with IAM at 0.7 and 90F + 90% humidity.
