Noob is me

Well, I know I promised I would try to document my install...

But it didn't happen. I was overconfident in the fact that the ramps / jack I had would be able to get my car off the ground for me. Jack wouldn't fit under my car, and the ramps were not tall enough. You really need to get all 4 corners in the air. So I'm going to try to pick up some new jack stands + jack and try to get this done this week sometime. Depending on the weather anyway

Life would be so much easier with a lift.

I called my local scion dealer today with the part number for the TRD short shift kit and was told my cost through the garage I work at was 156$ and I could have it next day if ordered before 3pm, its to bad I already bought one online. Looks like I'm just waiting now.

I just got back from the Toyoda dealership here in Hawaii and they told me $250 for that part. Looks like I will order online.

Haven't tried either.. I really like how it doesn't lower the actual shifter but shortens it up quite a bit..

Perrin doesn't have a short shifter, just a shifter bushing or two.

Damn, sounds like that's below cost, but I'm only guessing.
