Thanks, it's had its fair share of daily driving damage. I just try to wax and wash at least 1x every month or so and try and to be aware of all obstacles in the streets Thank god I no longer have to use it as a daily driver as of this past weekend now at 87k.

2016-2017 was definitely a good year for the car show experience. Came home with a handful of unexpected accolades. If things goes as planned, I plan on possibly attending my last show event in 2018 (Wekfest LA).
Took the car out on the track for the first time ever, and think I caught the bug.. we'll see. I can say it was definitely a nice change of pace from the car show scene! Car felt great, even though I could only be mildly aggressive in the parade laps. Definitely will be transitioning into a track car, now that I have purchased a daily vehicle.

93k Miles later, went boost.
Full Blown Motorsports Stage 1 Installed by my friend @Andysoun & I Custom fan shroud to help battle the infamous FBM engine bay heat here in TX. Went with Blockhead8 Custom Dual vent pods and Tanabe VLS Gauges (Boost/Oil Pressure/AFR) Getting ready to go across town to Engine Logics here in Houston for a dyno tune. First day of issues of trying to get her to start and idle correctly. Ran into starting and tuning issues for at least 2 weeks. This resulted in a ton of troubleshooting before figuring out I had received a faulty injector with 0 fuel flow. Cleaned the injector and started/tuned like a dream. Taking her home from the shop after the failed attempt at tuning her with an unknowingly bad (brand new injector). More diagnostics and tidying of things. Finally, after finding the root cause she's on the dyno! Already had an inkling I would have heat issues in Houston, so I had a vented hood ready to go the first day back. Aerocatch hood pins, better safe than sorry. At home where she belongs, I really want to run the oem grill for the oem+ look but it wont seem to stay in. Also bumper gap is real.. and sidemarkers continue to be a battle. **Plan on selling the wing then color matching hood and trunk with small carbon exposure to go more sleek. Possibly full Flexfuel tune setup. That's all she wrote, for now.

Beautiful car. I feel your pain with the bumper gap and side markers. I've put a ton of time into fixing mine after my FBM kit install. Somewhere between the intercooler hanging too low, and my repeated attempts to fix it, I think it's warped beyond saving.

Interesting, did not know this was an issue with the FBM kit. Makes sense now thinking about how the intercooler sits. Were you able to get the oem grill back in and stay in? I'm thinking I may have to remove my bumper completely to install the grill properly and reinforce it to not pop back out

I ended up cutting the black tray under the intercooler to accommodate its height.

So literally a slit on the black tray so that the intercooler hangs freely through it?

Yup. Not the most elegant solution, but it seemed to decrease the pressure on the inside of the bumper. I still have a lot of bumper gap though, so I can't say it solved all my problems.
