Tcoat, do you happen to know who it was that did the Cb? From what I can see it was an official Toyota project. If so, there must be a Cb front end out there somewhere. Any idea where to ask?

I want that front end.

Japan only special edition. Don't know how lucky you would be getting it.
No it wasn't the TRD was different but damnit I don't remember where it was. Check your Mentions and see if you just never got the notice but it is there.

Who would I ask? I know nothing about getting JDM parts. Who's the go-to around here?

@ichitaka05 can you help point Petro in the right direction? I have no clue who he could talk to.

You want Cb front? It's made by Liberal. Kit is called Liberal Baruta. You can buy it at Japan parts

https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/44222

Edit: FYI, Cb is a bit different than Baruta cuz it's limited Toyota production (just like 14R60 & 86GRMN)

I am not optimistic you will be able to get it but there has to be an option someplace that is close.

Edit: Never mind!

Like I wrote, Cb & Baruta is same... but different. If he want exact Cb bumper, he need to go Yahoo JP auction everyday & pray that someone sell one. Cuz that's the only way to get one.

...BUT that said, I've seen someone in China made 14R60 bumper

Cool, thank you very much! Yeah, I might be spending some time on the auction site. I've thought about trying to get somebody to take a stock front end and mod it a bit to get close.

Or I could just learn to live with my cars aggressiveness, I guess. Who in the chain of command is to blame? I can't wait to see the clown-car looks on the Prius trickle down to the 86, and you know the Supra-whatever has been dragged through the fake-aggressive parts catalog.

Yelling at clouds again.

-changing the spark plugs seemed harder than it needed to be
-the interior quality is pretty bad but I guess that is expected for a "cheap" entry level sports car. Too many rattling plastic parts.
-the stock audio system sounded awful. My oem 2003 base civic had a better sounding system. I was so bad I had to upgrade it.
-TOB going out when the clutch has plenty of life sounds like a bad design. I am not sure if they fixed that issue in later models.

I think it is a great car overall but it definitely has its annoyances.

Yeah, agreed, I havent changed my spark plugs, I'll probably have it done for me at a shop because I hear it's a pain in the butt.

But 100% the only thing I HATE is how terrible the speakers/sound system is. That's really the only thing I hate, everything else is great!

for some reason, not that anyone is going to go out of their way to do this...

but when you like wiggle the plastic side impact airbag covers on the a-pillar they squeak.

other than that, 10/10.
