I ask because it should only be included oh it fits over the PP brakes. I assume it would fit over the front unless you have special instructions somewhere to only use the spare in the rear and swap a good rear tire to the front if a front goes flat.

I haven't tried putting it on but I'm pretty sure on my STi the donut would only fit over the rear and you needed to move the rear tire forward. I suppose I could try and put it on sometime.

Well, I will be putting my G-Loc pads on in two weeks. While swapping the pads on the brembos I will try and fit the spare on. But, this weekend I am preppeing my S2000 for an HPDE that I running next weekend the 19th. So it will be at least two weeks before I will be able to get to it. I could try in the middle of the week, but my wife may shoot me.

Would be interesting to see if this is the case -- I thought we were not supposed to run the spare on the rear (something about different diameter being not good for the differential)?

Looking at it, that donut seems to have space for the brakes unlike the original donut so I suspect it will fit over. This would be great for me because it should fit over my BBK too if that's the case but I'll wait for someone to confirm before I try getting a hold of one of these.

Figured I'd bump this instead of making a new thread. I'm thinking of ordering a 2017 BRZ with the performance package. I'm worried I'll have trouble finding a set of wheels to use in the winter. Tire Rack doesn't yet have the specs for the performance package brakes, so there are currently no options on the website. Am I being at worrywart?

Tire Rack, y u no have measurements???

If you are worried about winter wheels, you will have plenty of time to find them considering its April now... The only fool proof way to shop on tire rack at the moment is to look for fitments as a 2004 WRX STi.

Meh, maybe I shouldn't get the performance package. Then I can get pretty much any wheel I want for the winter...

I only got it because I do some intense downhill braking on trip into the Adirondack Mountains. And down the Apalachian trail. Brakes get hot and fade. The wheels and struts are not worth the package. The brz brakes are already very good, the car weighs not much and they are good sized. I haven't received mine yet. It is more difficult to find wheel options for it.

Yeah, I'm going to be doing highway driving in Illinois where hills don't exist...
