Ken was at the premiere for the FR-S last Wens. can't imagine Scion not using him in some way to help market the car.

I almost what that gauge package. I hope Scion offers it. I saw that one Toyota 86 at the Tokyo auto show that had the gauge package and a cell phone mounted. That would be pimp if there is a built in amp for the 8 speakers in the car so you did not need a stereo deck. |

And what has he done in that time? One FD podium back in 09. All scion is proving here is they value the image of the kid racer over a real winner.

Supporting Ken is like supporting that generation, not to mention so many aftermarket tuners like Greddy is from that generation as well. Ken Gushi is like a name that everyone that follows Drifting will recognize. It's like Tiger Woods, his golf game sucks now but he's still associated with Golfing. People know him. You can ask an average Joe here in the USA about drifting and most of the time They'll only know Ken or Tanner. Ken is a perfect Marketing person for Scion, The fact he's well known in Japan as well probably also makes it easier for the Japaneses team to work with him as well.

That silver car is just begging for red paint on the brake calipers, it would look great with all the other red accents. This car looks better in each new color I see lol.

I'm surprised no one made any comments about this statement in the article:

Good catch. That goes well with C&D's review and proves the FR-S does have superior suspension tuning for better handling.

No they're inferring a lack of familiarity with driving a RHD vehicle. It takes a while to get used to being on the "wrong" side of the car. Being American journalists, their RHD experience is going to be limited, possibly nonexistent.
