How does that "work"? Maybe with the stock wheels. Maybe. But the tires are poking out past the splash guards with the wheels straight. Those look sleek but I can't see them offering any real protection.

Well they've been that way for the last 7000 miles and 5 autocross sessions. See any dents? Those are 255s

Wasn't there someone on this forum with the stock splash guards and they ended up rubbing the paint away or something on one side?

I was going to say no way the OEM ones are good enough lol. I've seen your roads this time of year hahaha. I believe there is a distributor in Winnipeg. If not, I got mine from here http://www.tougetuning.com/store/ral...go-p-3963.html

I like the look of the OEM ones but my side skirts don't fit with the fronts on. Be careful with these. Put some tape along the edges of the mudflap. I had mine on for a year and had some paint scratches. I am planning on grabbing some rally armor ones soon.

Trick is to make sure they're tight, very tight. If it moves then, it could move any particles around.

I have a set of Rally Armor mudflaps I put on during winter, since I'm pretty sure the NJ mafia uses the road salt industry to launder money. This means my asphalt FRS turns white for a few months of the year.

I'm not the type to care about "the haters", but ho-lee shit do those rub people the wrong way. A guy on the sidewalk once yelled "you don't need mudflaps!" while I was driving by. Others have expressed a "thank god you got rid of those" sentiment after I uninstalled them for the summer.

I understand you want to protect your paint, but the Rally Armor flaps look so stupid. Paint chips would actually look better.

At least the OEM guards look like they belong on the car.

I think you have a valid argument. The big flaps are fugly but function > form in my book.

I'll just take a seat over here.
