Don't know of any that operate like that.

Thanks.
If you're semi-tech savy, you could wire up a relay and diode to power up the bar on the inside any time the car is running.

If there seems to be a demand for this, I can do a write up/DIY.

I sort of feel like these light colors are like the colors of our cars...a lot of different options, but they all look really good!
I have the smoked version of these and they attract cops like flies where I drive. Anyone have a feel for whether there's anything in the vehicle code that would cause issues for these blue lenses? The issue the cops have with the smoked is that the red reflector is not visible "500 feet to the rear".

blue, clear and red lens lights would probably be best if trying to not be quite as noticeable.

Blue/clear because you can see the reflector on the inside easily, and red because many vehicles have almost all-red lights anyway, so it wouldn't stick out as much.

Valenti Smoked w/ Red Light Bar

What did you end up getting?
I'm in BC, Canada and can't decide which lights to go with for my WRB BRZ too.

Red on Red or the Smoked with Red Bar.

I wish their were a light smoked with red bar. The regular smoked looks a little too dark.

How did you work out shipping too? The exchange rate is awful right now so I might just wait.

I havn't decided yet as I have two sets of Toms to pick from at the moment. I do like the Smoked with red bar and have previously owned the Valenti smoked with white bar. I believe these tails are made by Helix with Valenti logo stamped on the lens. If I wrong, someone please let me know otherwise. That would not keep me from buying them as I have smoked Helix branded side markers that look great! Yeah exchange rate sucks and shipping is high from modbargains. Hopefully other vendors will carry soon with more competitive rates

Maybe @Shutter can work some magic for guys North of the Border

Would you have a part number for the red/red ones, if it is located anywhere on the light cluster.

Cheers

i recently bought the clear lens, white bar version from a forum vendor (sorry no pics yet, car is filthy). i hadnt considered DOT compatibility prior to purchase, BUT thinking through logically after looking at other makes/models how the manufacturer handled the light issue.

first, a comment above about smoked lens and 500 feet from rear. while smoked or possibly even the red lens may not allow for the reflection. the clear lenses have the red reflective material where the brake lights shine. i would image this would suffice for that requirement.

second from the side, its required to have a red running light towards the rear of the vehicle. the way the parking/running light (the swoop) wraps towards the side of the vehicle, i believe this should also suffice for that requirement. some vehicles dont have a separate red light module but utilize the 'turn the corner' type technique to fulfill that requirement.

like mentioned above, the smoked lenses will likely draw more attention, but locally Ive seen plenty of other vehicles riding around all murdered out. even smoked headlight covers. I suspect the clear or blue tinted lenses would be fine, but YMMV.

wow! Those look killer! We had an RS come in and get lights installed, but they chose the white ones? I think...

Great shots though, the night ones really pop!
