Didn't you see the posts about that? The 86 steering wheels are only on the Toyota GT86/86's.

Thanks OP for the recent photos! For a stock car, they have a huge wheel gap.

Low Spec headlights... No LED DRLs for the US? FML
Fogs as an option...

Nope. It will be mono-spec as per it's other models. As I've said before, it'll probably be a mid-spec: leather steering wheel and shifters, AT paddles, cloth seats, no factory fogs (Scion accessory), no auto HVAC, and no HID.

That being said, we'll find out for real this evening.

Doesn't looked de-badged, just covered up badges. And being able to add in as "options" those things I do like about the GT86 to the FRS will be great, cause I don't like the Daytime LED strip in the GT86. I do like the BRZ version of that, but you can't swap headlights with the BRZ so...no LED strip for me.

Never know though really until I see it in person. In the pics it doesn't look good like the BRZ's version of headlight LEDs.

Huh? the parts wont be interchangeable?

BTW, at what time is the reveal today? and will it be private? (i only ask because i'm wondering if people are going to legitimately be able to take pictures, not sneaking around)

BRZ's headlights are shaped differently at the corners near the nose. If you swap then you will be swapping the entire bumper as well, which I don't like the BRZ front bumper over the FRS.

And how can you be certain of this?

Great find.. Great looking car. I agree the headlights look a bit cheaper than what we are seeing on the showroom floor at TMS. But I actually like the daytime lamps that aren't headlights. I know call me weird. REALLY hope they announce some US pricing in LA today, but I know it is a pipe dream.

If it has not HID or LED in the headlights or somewhere near like in the BRZ...I am out...going to Subaru...The HIDS and LEDs are what makes the car....unless this car is in the low 20k range...the pictures shown just makes it look cheap...
