or
.. what can be the negative side of this installation?
*Adding some length in water loop?
*Water pressure issue?
**any other?

Adding length to water loop is no issue, and the cooler is designed in such a manner that there is no significant overall reduction in water pressure.

Remember that these coolers are standard on Subaru Foreters from 2013 onwards, and also standard on the MY15 WRX with the FA20DIT.
