Whiteline rear subframe, shifter, and diff bushing inserts

Engine:
Stock intake with Blitz filter
Perrin inlet tube
ACE A-350 EL header
JDL ultra quiet front pipe

Did you ever run your car without the Giken?

Yes, 2016 season in my FRS and 2017 season in my BRZ was OEM diff.

Just IMO - Lugod’s setup (basically what Justin had) is heavily influenced around running an OSG Diff.

Yep. When I didn't have the diff I ran 400 or 450 rates square, same front bar on soft and 14mm rear.

The setup is made to make better use of the front bar to add overall stability and transition like a surgeon. Diff type DGAF as long as its open on entry.

I run 7k square rates with an OEM diff on a fairly bumpy lot now and have noted a bunch of inside wheel spin due to the rough surface. Trying to band-aid that problem with shock tuning made for a car that didnt handle as well. If we continue to only have bumpy surfaces I think i'm going to have to look into a clutch type LSD to help get any sort of drive out of corners.

Just another variable for people the think about when deciding on OEM/Aftermarket LSD

I just finished first pass upgrade from DS to STX on 2013 BRZ with

ProParts Megans - 400/400
22mm Perrin on soft
Verus LCA with STX hardware (FT86SF)

JDL 4-2-1 EL, ACE overpipe (CSG)

Stock front pipe, milltek resonated catback
HPS Tube, Cosworth filter
Delicious custom tune on Mann dyno

245/40/17 REs
17x9 Enkei +35 (Oakos)
Stock pads

The engine work just finished and last on board, it felt great on a stock header so now I'm looking forward to upcoming events with the tuned JDL.

I ran 7800 on my 2017 BRZ, needed that, and 255's, for the extra MPH (62-63mph in 2nd gear).

My FRS was on OFT with 7550 limiter and 245's, it would do 61mph in 2nd gear.
