So i was at a track event and spun out. Afterword as i was heading back to the pits the car would lose power. Now im stuck in the pits and the car wont start. Squeelimg noise comes from front and check engine light and a few other lights stay on.

Need help im about 1 hour from home and a tow truck is a last option

Is there a on-site track mechanic shop / garage handy to diagnose the check-engine light / issue?

Usually the track event that one attends has a tow truck handy so they can pull your car to that on-site shop...

All tracks that I go to have one, that's why I ask...

Maybe pull the battery for a minute to reset the ecu ... may help with whatever code it may be in. Odb adapter sure would be nice about now. Where is the squealing coming from.

May have triggered the automatic fuel cut-off. There should be a reset switch somewhere.

Some guy said his car was whistling like crazy on FB, it was his fuel pump. Idk if that's related at all

Sounds like you put it in limp mode. Not sure about the squealing though.

Make sure you did not pick up some debris in the serpentine belt that could be causing the squealing and pulling the engine down. Any rubber burning smell?

Best to just let it cool for a half hour and pull the battery and reset the ECU.

Did you miss a shift?

That would explain the spin too lol.

What was your fuel level when the spin happened? Might have been fuel starvation and the ECU tripped the limp mode; just a guess. It would explain the "stumbling/losing power/died/squealing noise/couldn't start" order of events.
