I know! I rarely have such a strong desire to want to drive a car, as I did with that one. I was going to ask Gary to take it for a spin, but then noticed the "California Permanent Trailer" license plates and decided not to.

Bryan and I saw a few 458s, a 355, a NSX, and a Lotus earlier at Alice's and I didn't have any reaction other than admiring their beauty. Certainly not an urgent visceral desire to immediately drive them like I had with that bugeye.

Haha I know what you mean. The windows were open (or gone?) and the seats were just sitting there asking to be sat in. What I would give to drive that thing...

I felt the same way about a Renault 5 Turbo 2 I saw at Cars and Coffee in Blackhawk. All the other cars were meh until I got to that one.

As much as I like admiring exotics, I'd take driving my car (specially down that short section on la Honda I love so much) any day.
