No date as yet. At this point, after studying their current summer schedule calender, it appears private instruction occurs on Monday afternoons. Since they are a membership type of track, it seems the weekends are dedicated to member use, time trials, etc. I just shot them an email to inquire about a group class session for 86 owners and see what they say regarding availability of a weekend date sometime in the near future, cost, class size, etc. Hopefully, we can get something going in late Sep. or sometime in October. Told them we'd wait longer if we had to. I bet if we get a date scheduled we'll fill the roster pretty quick!!!! Stay tuned.

Okay, I had mentioned K1 Speed opening this past weekend in San Antonio, and I went this weekend and had a blast (best average lap time all 3 of my races, fastest lap in my last race). I rode up there with my wife in her red Mazda6 and we parked next to an ultramarine FR-S that at least seemed stock from a quick look. Was that one of you guys in here? Perhaps I raced you?? I wish I had gone in my hot lava FR-S, because I'd have parked next to you and seen if you were an FT86club member.

Yeah, we're meeting at buccee's in New Braunfels at 8/830. Should be about a half dozen or so there.

It's on gentlemen! (And ladies if applicable!) The beaver gas station @ 8-8:30 in NB. Looks like this meet will be the largest gathering of 86 cars we've ever been to. Epic. Not as adrenalin generating as our Twisted Sister's runs but, should be fun seeing all the cars, mods and meeting people. Everyone please make sure you are familiar with the route in case we snag lights or traffic and get separated departing from the IH35 area. That's bound to happen for sure. Dustin indicated there will be some stops along the way to regroup. Don't forget to bring cash money for the Salt Lick as they don't take plastic. Gotta go get the BRZ cleaned up and ready to roll. Consider me strongly interested, I will be more than willing to drive in from Austin to participate in such a class. Also, I will be interested in attending the meet for Sept 7/8, I will request this weekend off when I get back to work on Monday (It is rather rare for me to actually have a weekend day off working in retail, I usually have to request them off a month or so in advance).

Harris Hill never responded to my email to them. Probably will have to go in person to discuss a group class. If anyone has an inside connection with them...someone we should talk to - please PM me. Might go up there next Saturday.

Saturday, September 7 is still looking good for the next 3SIST3RS run as long as there is 93 octane at the pump and it ain't raining! We'll get some details posted up in a week or two. Tuck, clockwise or counter-clockwise this next time?

There's also the Driveway in Austin, but I can guarantee they will be a lot more expensive.

Just realized that sept 7 is the Alabama at TAMU game, can't go to a meet that day as I'll be tailgating in College Station. Still very interested in the class though.
