ECU Tune e85 vs 93/91 Gas Performance ?

For those who have their ECU reflashed, have you noticed a difference in gas mileage? I know e85 burns alot quicker then normal gas. So i imagine mpg must be worst, but are there any actual results?
I know MPG is dependent on the driver, so please include your driving style.

That's great to know... I know I lost a lot when I ran e85 in a flex fuel Malibu..

I get considerably better gas mileage with pump gas (est. 25-26MPG) than with E85 (est. 18-19MPG).

E85 makes the engine run so smooth and offers noticeable power so, for now, I'll be sticking with E85 with a pump gas tank every 6 or 7 tanks.

Edit: I drive like a donkey. Because race car.

measuring at every 250miles, and filling it to only first click. then calculating the milages.

I cant wait to start calculating my stock MPG

The real true method, is filling your tank, marking your current miles (say 6000), using your tank and when you fill up again, mark your new miles (say 6300). So you used 300 miles, and the fillup was for 13 gallons of gas. Now you divide the 300 miles by 13 gallons and get 23.07 MPG

The numbers are just for example. But that is the absolute correct way to do it. I believe brichard for his final numbers did it the proper way.

Exactly how i did it. I know some people say its better to do the test twice and thats how you get a more accurate number but i was excited to enjoy e85 that i got tired driving like a grandma. its def a big hit in the gas tank, i found myself filling up quite often after just because i cudnt keep my foot off the pedal. i have feeling gas mileage will be alot better in the summer because even on regular pump gas my mpg has taken a 2-3mpg hit
