Hey guys, I just installed this today and it worked for me. If you are part of the FR-S / BRZ Facebook group, then follow this link !

As for pictures after install : (I'm aware it's not 100% perfect, but trust me... it was a lot worse before lol. You could see blue paint under my wrap).

Regards,
Jonathan

Really easy install for me. I didn't even need to remove the bumper. I used a small bider clip to clamp it on for 15min. I also replaced the plastic clip that holding the bumper to the fender. The hardest part was removing the side markers.

There's a video on YouTube that says they used 10mm bolt and a u-nut. That diameter is too thick to fit through the fender hole. I used 5/16 instead.

Is the metal repair piece glued to the top or bottom of the damaged bumper cover hooks?

How's the repair holding up after driving? Happy with results?

The metal piece is glued to the bottom of the damaged clip. The clip will have a rough surface and a smooth surface. Put the glue on the rough surface, wait two min and apply on the clean area (broken clip). After that clamped it down with a binder clip for 15 min to let the glue harden and your good to go.

You can't really tell from this pic but the hole on the metal part will be thinner than the bumper clip but it will still fits.

I installed it on the 3rd of this month and I washed it 3 times with a pressure washer since install and its holding up.
