So after numerous talks with Cusco USA, Enkei Japan, and IRS Japan, I've got some updated news for all of those interested in the RC-T4 wheels.
As you may know, the RC-T4s is not your average Enkei wheel available in the U.S. The RC-T4 is designed for competition use only (mostly for rallys and circuit racing) and only available in Japan. Therefore, in order to bring these wheels to the U.S., we need to purchase at minimum 40 pieces of one specific color and size. You can already imagine how difficult this is to get. We are currently still in talks with Enkei to possibly bring in 10-15 sets in 2 finishes. So, I have added a poll to thread to gauge what size and color combination that appeals most to the FRS / BRZ owners. Once I can grasp which size and color combination will sell, I will start the group buy thread. Once we place the order, the production time will be 3-4 months. Price is going to be $2,400.00 a set (18'' set). This includes all the importation fees, customs, taxes, and duties to bring them into the U.S. We need at least 6 serious buyers before we can place the order. I understand that this wheel and price range may not be everyone - I don't expect it to be. However, if you are lucky enough to purchase a set, you would be 1 out 10 owners in the U.S. or maybe in the world to have these wheels for your FRS or BRZ. Moreover, the RC-T4 is a real high quality, lightweight, and strong wheel due to Enkei's new Dura-MAT technology. -Frank |

Keep on voting guys! With each vote, that's one step closer in actually bringing in the Enkei RC-T4 wheels to the FRS / BRZ owners!

Oops, I can't change my vote. I'd want 17x8 in white because these would make killer track wheels! I wouldn't daily 'em though.

Go ahead and vote for the 17x8.0 in white! Yes, they would make killer track wheels. I got some weight on the 17 inch setups for you:
[FR-S/BRZ OE Wheel] 17 x 7.0J +48 : 9.1 kg RC-T4 18 x 8.5J +48mm is approx. 9.20 kg. RC-T4 17 x 8.0 +35mm: 7.40 kg |

I don't think 2400 is out of line for 18's but I'm assuming the 17's will be cheaper?

I like the gold in 17x8, but at that price, I'm not going to be able to buy them.

Looking at the voting polls, it looks like we will bring in 17'' light weight setups for all the FRS / BRZ enthusiasts. I'll make a GROUPBUY thread soon!
