I remember reading somewhere that the WRX rear swaybar fits on the BRZ but can't seem to find it again. I am assuming it's the current generation WRX? I wasn't really planning on changing the swaybars on my BRZ, but I do have a stock swaybar from my 2011 WRX sitting in the garage. If this is a worthwhile upgrade, I was thinking I may as well throw it on.

Has anyone here done this? I'm not looking to make the car into a snap-oversteer mess, but if it's a subtle increase in rigidity I'd be into that.

I wouldn't do it without a larger front bar. We did experiment with the 16mm rear wrx bar.

Okay thanks! I don't think the car really needs bigger swaybars anyway given it's low center of gravity. It already feels like it has less body roll than my WRX with big sway bars.

2008+ WRX is plug and play. @Scooby South currently has a 16mm WRX bar on his.

I do....as @OrbitalEllipses mentioned... STi rear bars from 08 plus also work.. 18mm/19mm depending on the year.. the Coveat is I also run a Whiteline Front Adj 20mm... with my setup, it seems to like the stock Frt/rear Split of 2mm.. any More rear bar.. it would just be too loose IMO... unless you match it with the corresponding front bar..

yes either in a WRX flavor or STi flavor.

I'm using Strano FSB with STI 18mm rear.
Plus RCE Tarmac + Koni Yellow.

Almost the same here. I run the Strano front bar, WRX rear bar, Swift Spec R springs on Bilstein B6s with modified bump-stops. I fricking love it.
The car is perfectly neutral. It has the world's smallest amount of push that easily rotates when asked to do so. The car pushes, I lift off, the car rotates, I reapply throttle, then 88MPH and I'm back in the 50s.
