I'm sorry this has happened. These are the kind of things that happen when new cars come out and shops rush to get on the forums and become a vendor and sell their products. They don't have the income to be able to make the products they have already sold to waiting customers. They take payment from Peter to pay for building Paul's exhaust. It sprials till they become a scamming company. I have seen it many times. I love that they have this on their website currently:

Yeah this isn't the first time they've disappeared. In the past they reappeared and took care of people. I'd still do the chargeback and move on though.

I am sorry to hear you had a problem. I think their "success" with their headback basically destroyed their ability to handle regular business and the cat back made it even harder on them. I have not seen them on the board in months and they delete my posts to their FB wall too (even polite ones like "I love my SRT exhaust for my FRS")
File the reports and look into Nameless or Perrin.

Called them many times, everyday from last 3 weeks, despite the big time zone difference. I had to wake up at 2 am to call them and then again at 7:30 am. They don't answer phone calls. Sometimes their phone is busy which shows they are there and using their phone but not picking up calls.

Lol @ we like to steal. Thanks mate. I just posted another thread to intimate their removal from our forum. Everyone should reply to it, also we can post messages in their profile on the forum (visitor message) saying they are frauds so that no body deal with them; And also on Lexus forums if someone is a member there.
