garsh0p, go check out all 3 of them man, you never know who may back out
I'm pretty set on a Hot Lava/MT, so I'll wait patiently for that one

Jim Lee got back to me and told me that the 3 they had were 2 Firestorm/1 Asphalt, all MT. One of those should definitely be yours preetham!

Just got a call from Charles Maund Scion. They got their allocation today also and there are 2 Asphalt (he said "dark grey") MT FR-S's available on their lot. I didn't ask about mark up or anything, but I know other forum users have had issues with them marking up cars in the past. I passed on it because I'm still holding out for a Hot Lava, but if anyone else in the area is interested, give them a call.

Hmmmm, sounds like I may be giving them a shout. Muahahahahaha(evil laugh)

The only reason I'm going to try to deal with them is to resolve an issue with one of my cars I got from them and also get an 86 at the same time. I don't advise going to them unless you expect to pay more.

I just got off the phone with Alfred at Charles maund and the 2 fr-s's are not in stock they won't be there until maybe the 18th, they are accepting deposits of $1000. Also the price of the cars are $26,603.

that's a $1,300 markup (assuming they're talking about MT) for those not sure. not the worst we have seen but shameful nevertheless.

Yeah, especially when there's another dealer in the area that has allocation soon. Well - guess they have to get the revenue so they can pay for those awful Austin Powers tv commercials

Interestingly Charles Maund just called me about the car too and I'm not even on their waiting list - just sent an email a few months ago and then switched to Champion - sounds like people might not be biting on their mark-ups

They don't, closest thing would have been Lightning Red, but I doubt that would get confused for Hot Lava, must have been an FR-S.
