Ya, when you get out this way again, if you haven't already done so, consider spending some time in the Canadian Rockies. They got some real "mountains".

Are there any reasonably affordable cars worth driving that don't attract total and complete stubborn clueless idiots? I have no patience for the stupid this morning.

Horray for a complete bit of "off topicness". The question you pose is as difficult as the one that generated '42' as answer..

Yep, gotta agree with @Tcoat. I've been doing forums since the early BBS days and I can say with lots of experience that if any subject is discussed in forums with more than 1 person, at some point there are idiots that join the discussion.

Sometimes the idiot turns out to be yourself.

Nope. No chance. Live with a moron-magnet or drive something boring.

Perhaps that is the question to which 42 is the answer.

I'm just trying to figure out what are the cars that don't attract d-bags..... so that I can buy one and be a d-bag on a forum.

The question wasn't what ones don't attract D-bags but what ones don't attract "complete stubborn clueless idiots".

Although the d-bag class can be frequently found in person at meets the "CSCIs" are much more likely to be found on a forum. There are currently several threads in process that support this.
