Header - <900 miles (has one bolt at the overpipe end which is cur short, but should still be enough thread engagement

You can fix that for $5 and a little time. Take it out of the car and let it dry out. If it doesn't dry quickly you can bake it at 180 or less for an hour or so to help. Then just use some clear all weather silicone from your friendly hardware store to line the seal again. Smear it cleanly with your finger and let dry. Voila

Worst case I had was I couldn't figure out where water was running into my taillight on my old Camry even after resealing. Use the smallest drill bit you have and drill at the bottom lowest point along your housing that drains outside the car but be hidden. Then any water that gets in should get out and condensation shouldn't occur since the internal temp will reflect the external.

Not sure about Scion, but Subaru no longer warranties them. Design problem, not something that's going to get fixed. Like crickets, you learn to live with it lol
